The Sacred Table: Creating a Jewish Food Ethic

I co-wrote a chapter, with Rabbi Ellen Lippmann, in the anthology, The Sacred Table.

Our essay is called "We Eat First" and it's about how our congregation, Kolot Chayeinu, uses food to create community.

Trisha, I just bought this book last month - even though I couldn't really afford to and even though I knew it would sit idle for a while while a read for 3 ALEPH classes. I am delighted to know that you are associated with it and will be drawn to crack it open sooner!
